Cancellation & Commitment Policy (Year-Long Programs)
Enrolling in this program is a commitment to yourself, your growth, and the process you are stepping into. We understand that circumstances can change. This policy exists to ensure that any decision to exit the program is made consciously, respectfully, and with the appropriate level of care and reflection.
Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, the following steps are required:
Written Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Please provide a clear and honest reason for your decision.
General statements such as “misalignment” or “it doesn’t feel right” are not sufficient. This step is designed to support personal responsibility and clarity in your decision-making process.
Review & Approval
Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our team.
If approved, we will begin the offboarding process.
30-Day Offboarding Period
A 30-day offboarding period will apply from the date of approval.
During this time, you will continue to have full access to:
-All program sessions
-Resources and materials
-Community and support spaces
This window is intended to support a complete and integrated transition. You are encouraged to download any resources you wish to retain during this time.
Offboarding Integration Call
You will receive a dedicated Zoom call with your facilitator to:
-Reflect on your journey
-Integrate key learnings
-Clarify what you are taking forward
This ensures your experience is completed in a way that is aligned, respectful, and well-rounded.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after the 30-day offboarding period has been completed.
Approved refunds will be returned via monthly instalments.
Administration Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of $250 applies.
This reflects the administrative and facilitation processes involved in onboarding and offboarding. This structure is in place to honour both your commitment and the integrity of the program.
